Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 2026. Orders are fulfilled by NEWGLAMOUR CO., LTD, United Kingdom.

Worldwide express — 12 to 20 days

Every order ships worldwide with full tracking. Typical delivery is about 2 weeks from dispatch; worst case 20 days. Free shipping on orders over $39; a flat $6.90 tracked rate applies below that.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Duties & taxes

Prices exclude local taxes and import duties where applicable; these are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders within our stocked regions may ship domestic — tracking will show it.

Damaged or lost parcels

If tracking stalls for 14+ days or the parcel arrives damaged, contact support@strapmod.com — we reship first and chase the carrier ourselves.
